By clicking ‘Join Now’, ‘Sign Up’ or ‘Create Account’ or similar, accessing or using our Services or Products, you agree to be bound to these Terms.
You may use our Services and Products only when you can enter a legal binding with OpenDocString. When you create your account, you must provide Code 60N Oy with accurate information. To use the Services or Products, you must be the minimum age of 13 or more, in case law requires that you must be older in order for OpenDocString to lawfully provide you the Services. You agree that you use a strong password and keep it secure and confidential, and you agree that you follow the law. You are solely responsible and liable for any activity that happens through your account, unless you close it or report misuse. You will notify Code 60N Oy in writing of any unauthorized use of your account. OpenDocString may refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Use are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. The right to access the Service is revoked where the use of this Service or this Terms of Use is prohibited. You agree that in such circumstances you don’t use or access the Service.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. If you agree to a subscription price, that will remain your price for the duration of the payment term; however, prices are subject to change at the end of a payment term. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to the subscription price before they take effect. If you do not agree with any modifications to the Service or changes in the subscription price, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the "Cancellation" section. Code 60N Oy shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You can stop using our Services at any time. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you won't be charged again. OpenDocString might terminate your access to all or any part of our Service at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. All provisions to this Terms of Use which by nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, ownership provisions, indemnity and limitations of liability. You are solely responsible for properly terminating the Service and cancel your account with OpenDocString. You can cancel your account by going into your settings in the navigation bar. It is not possible to cancel the service by Email or Phone.
We claim no intelectual property rights over the material you provide to the service, you retain ownership and responsibility for your content. If you're posting anything you did not create yourself or do not own the rights to, you agree that you are responsible for any Content you post; that you will only submit Content that you have the right to post; and that you will fully comply with any third party licenses relating to Content you post.
You grant us and our legal successors the right to store, parse and display your Content, and make incidental copies as necessary to render the Website and provide the Service. This includes the right to do things like copy it to our storage, database and make backups; show it to you and other users; analyze it on our servers; and share it with other users. This agreement does not grant Code 60N Oy the right to sell Your Content or otherwise distribute or use it outside of our provision of the Service.
Any content that you create and share publicly, such as comments, descriptions, and contributions to other users' datasets, may be accessed and viewed by other individuals. By posting such content, you consent to others being able to view and duplicate your data.
The Products and Services and all included content are provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
OPENDOCSTRING SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ALL MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY OF DATA.
OpenDocString takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Services. You agree that you might be exposed to user content that is inaccurate, inappropriate for children, objectionable or otherwise unsuited for your purpose.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENDOCSTRING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION, PROFITS OR REVENUES, USE, GOODWILL, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, RELATED TO THE SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, OPENDOCSTRING AND ITS PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
OpenDocString reserves the right to send you legal notifications electronically. We may revise these Terms of Use and the most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use or access our Services after a new revision became effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you don’t agree to the changes, please stop using our Services. Any licenses, rights or Terms granted in these Terms of Use may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by OpenDocString without restriction. If a court with authority over this agreement deems any provision of these Terms invalid, this provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. OpenDocStrings failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.
